My passion for fitness began after my own weight-loss journey. I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer in 2014 and have since worked with individuals in gyms, parks and homes. In 2022, I achieved my level 3 in sports massage, followed by a Level 4 in 2023. In May 2024, I completed a hot and cold stone massage course. I have supported a wide range of individuals, including desk workers, artists, runners cyclists and gym enthusiasts. Offering sessions in my dedicated space or at clients' homes, I aim to help everyone achieve their fitness and wellness goals, delivering a personalised service across Winchester.
Sports Massage
I think the label 'Sports Massage' is misleading, you do not need to be athletic or take part in a regular sport to benefit. Regular massage can help those who have desk jobs, creative roles and physically demanding jobs. Come and re nourish the body and mind and prevent injuries from occurring.

Benefits include:
- Reduced stress
- Improved sleep patterns
- Increased blood flow to muscles
- Relief of muscular pain
- Physiological and psychological preparation for events

Why should I start getting regular maintenance massages?
Our bodies are put through a lot, whether that is training for an event, everyday activities or work. We need to create homeostasis otherwise we are more likely to get injuries. Incorporating massage into a well-rounded lifestyle can help you to feel more balanced.

Kinesiology Tape & IASTM Tools
Included in the price of a massage
Kinesiology tape helps to relieve pain, support muscles or ligaments and encourages lymphatic drainage by lifting the skin away from the site of the trauma or injury.

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation tools originate from 'Gua Sha', an old chinese method. The tools rub or scrape over skin or clothes. They help to increase blood flow, reduce tight muscles and maximise the healing process.
I use a range of techniques using my hands and tools to help release tension, reduce the ‘knotty’ patches and to improve well-being. These techniques include picking up the skin, kneading, rolling, applying compression, using forearms and thumbs. I also use soft tissue release; this is when I pin a muscle using my hand/thumb or elbow and stretch it. The stretch can be done by myself (the therapist) or the client can move in a slow, controlled way – this often leaves the client feeling more in control.
